Design Thinking

Research on innovation and its management are not lacking. However, our environment leads us to imagine new stimuli and new methods to create. Moreover, creativity, known to be the « spark of innovation », requires the observation of the environment as a source of inspiration.

However, the observation, to be successful, should not be limited to the firm’s environment. It should also be directed toward users because they are the one who, ultimately, will promote the innovation.
